Job summary

You will partner with commercial, Market Access, and IT teams to ensure accurate data assets, oversee data integration with VEEVA interfaces, and drive measurable improvements in reporting and analytics using Tableau and Excel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
• 5+ years in commercial operations, project management, sales engagement, and systems integration in pharma.
• Proven track record leading cross-functional teams and driving commercial excellence.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Tableau and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Serves as a data SME for the commercial and Market Access teams.
• Manage end-to-end data governance operating cadence and prioritize issue resolution.
• Oversee data stewardship processes and data change requests.
• Oversee MDM for HCPs and HCOs within the commercial data warehouse.
