Coastal Construction Equipment LLC is seeking a Sales Operations Coordinator to support the quoting, billing, and delivery processes for compact equipment. This role liaises with sales, service, transportation, and inventory teams to ensure seamless customer experiences and operational efficiency.

The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and mathematical skills, plus experience with Microsoft Office; Salesforce and DBS are a plus.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree in business administration, supply chain or related field.
• Relevant work experience can substitute for education.

Responsibilities

• Generate quotes for new compact machines.
• Process billing for new compact machine sales.
• Coordinate demo setups and no-charge agreements.
• Collaborate with service and transportation teams to ensure machines are prepped and delivered.
• Work with yard personnel to facilitate machine prep and customer pickups.
• Monitor no-charge inventory and follow up with sales reps to ensure timely resolution.
• Review work orders for new machine deals to verify cost accuracy and proper documentation.
• Maintain expertise in OEM and partner marketing programs; apply incentives appropriately and secure necessary approvals for claims.
• Communicate regulary with the inventory management team regarding machine needs and sales trends.
• Assist walk-in customers.
• Respond to inbound customer calls.
