Job summary

Winston Resources, LLC is seeking an orderly and proactive professional to work in our NYC office handling order management. The role requires coordinating with U.S. sales, back-office, and China teams to ensure complete and on-time shipments while meeting customer deadlines.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in order management
• Experience in NYC market preferred

Responsibilities

• Monitor all open customer orders and P/O’s
• Follow up with the orders from start to finish
• Work closely with our U.S. sales team, back-office team, and China team
• Make sure orders are shipping in full and on time and customer deadlines are being met
• Follow up daily on shipping and any open issues, extensions, etc.
• Identify delays, shortages, or problems early and push the appropriate team for resolution
• Keep the sales team updated on order status and help with customer requests or issues
• Maintain strong organization and follow-up across many orders at the same time
