Responsibilities

  • Monitor live sales activity and performance data for sales representatives across the country.
  • Review real-time information to identify changes in sales activity, customer activity, order volume, and other key performance indicators.
  • Track daily, weekly, and monthly sales activity against established goals and expectations.
  • Identify unusual activity, significant changes, missed opportunities, or areas that may require management attention.
  • Prepare and maintain daily sales activity reports and performance summaries.
  • Provide management with timely updates regarding sales activity and emerging trends.
  • Review data from multiple systems and ensure information is accurate and up to date.
  • Maintain organized records and documentation related to sales activity.
  • Assist management in researching specific sales representatives, customers, territories, or transactions when requested.
  • Communicate with sales management and other internal departments regarding information identified through data monitoring.
  • Assist with developing and maintaining dashboards, reports, spreadsheets, and other sales tracking tools.
  • Help identify opportunities to improve sales reporting, accountability, and overall sales operations.

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly organized, analytical, and detail-oriented Sales Operations & Real-Time Data Coordinator to join our team in an in-office position.

This role will be responsible for monitoring and reviewing live, real-time sales data from sales representatives located throughout the United States. The ideal candidate is comfortable working with multiple computer systems, reviewing data throughout the day, identifying changes or trends, and bringing important information to the attention of management.

This is a fast-paced position that requires strong attention to detail, discretion, excellent communication skills, and the ability to remain focused while monitoring multiple sources of information simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor live sales activity and performance data for sales representatives across the country.
  • Review real-time information to identify changes in sales activity, customer activity, order volume, and other key performance indicators.
  • Track daily, weekly, and monthly sales activity against established goals and expectations.
  • Identify unusual activity, significant changes, missed opportunities, or areas that may require management attention.
  • Prepare and maintain daily sales activity reports and performance summaries.
  • Provide management with timely updates regarding sales activity and emerging trends.
  • Review data from multiple systems and ensure information is accurate and up to date.
  • Compare current sales activity against historical performance, budgets, goals, and other benchmarks.
  • Maintain organized records and documentation related to sales activity.
  • Assist management in researching specific sales representatives, customers, territories, or transactions when requested.
  • Communicate with sales management and other internal departments regarding information identified through data monitoring.
  • Assist with developing and maintaining dashboards, reports, spreadsheets, and other sales tracking tools.
  • Help identify opportunities to improve sales reporting, accountability, and overall sales operations.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality regarding sales information, customer information, employee activity, company performance, and other proprietary business information.
  • Perform other sales operations and administrative duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in sales operations, data analysis, sales administration, reporting, or a similar position preferred.
  • Strong computer skills and the ability to learn multiple software systems quickly.
  • Strong Excel or spreadsheet skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to analyze information and recognize trends or inconsistencies.
