Summary

Job Description: Sales Operations Program Manager (Microsoft Dynamics)

The Opportunity:

Do you love helping users discover and grow how they use MSFT Dynamics? Do you enjoy a mixture of projects that grow your technical, operational, and enablement skills? We are looking for a strong Business Administrator to help us take our MSFT Dynamics and operational processes to the next level.

The Role:

Looking for a seasoned Business Admin with strong operational and communication skills, who can manage day-to-day operations and work collaboratively on change projects. The person should have a strong interest in the commercial tech stack, AI, emerging technologies, and data management. Ideally, this person should have a strong end user experience orientation and enjoy working in a dynamic environment as we enhance our CRM capabilities.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Serve as the Business Administrator with deep partnership with IT’s System Administrators
  • Provide Help Desk support to Advantage’s CRM users including troubleshooting, managing tickets, and developing reports
    • Develop and implement automated workflows, approvals, and processes to improve efficiency.
    • Optimize processes working with Ops teammates and business users.
    • Develop reports, dashboards, and forms tailored to user needs.
    • Manage routine changes in configuration and naming that should not require System Admin support.
  • Be a subject matter expert on Dynamics and its application at Advantage.
  • Work with training teams to develop end user and manager training including:
    • User Training & Support
    • Maintain documentation including a business written data dictionary.
    • Onboard new users.
  • Build out reporting for different parts of the business within a common framework.
    • Monitor usage and adoption, providing recommendations for improvement.
  • Support Advantage’s Win/Loss Reporting in CRM for Branded Services.
  • Develop KPI dashboards for executives, leaders, and managers.
  • Develop marketing automation capabilities with Communications and IT teams to establish strong lead management processes.
  • Own and manage Dynamics licenses.
  • Work with all levels of the organization from CXO to front-line staff.
  • Be open to applying emerging technologies (e.g., Generative AI) that will accelerate insights and free up capacity for higher value activities.
  • Work on ad-hoc projects and requests.

Requirements:

  • Undergraduate degree
  • MSFT Dynamics Certification
  • 5 years of work experience in SalesOps/RevOps as a business administrator for Dynamics; ideally across Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Service Delivery
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills with proven outcomes.
  • Good data management skills including Excel, SQL, and BI tools (PowerBI, Tableau, etc.).
  • Strong written, oral, and conversational skills
  • Interest in CPG and retailing preferred.
  • Strong work ethic and ability to overcome obstacles.
  • Relationship builder
