Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, analytics, or related function.
• 3+ years' hands-on experience with Salesforce Lightning reporting & dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, document, and improve sales processes for opportunity management, pipeline, forecasting, and territory management.
• Establish governance, rules, SOPs, and escalation paths to improve data quality and forecast discipline.
• Define needs, requirements, and acceptance criteria with business and technical stakeholders.
• Maintain Salesforce process and reporting backlog with clear status and risks.
• Design and govern dashboards, reports, and analytics for pipeline, bookings, revenue, and activity.
