Job summary

Callaway Golf is looking for a Sales Operations Representative to assist in all functions of Order Management, including entry, changes, and inquiries. The role requires collaboration with Sales, Finance, and Operations to coordinate internal and external order needs and provide accurate delivery information.

Responsibilities include handling custom and stock orders, logo orders, and supporting special projects related to Order Management.

Qualifications

• High School diploma, college degree, or relevant work experience preferred.
• Computer experience required; Excel and Word experience preferred.
• SAP experience helpful.
• Customer Service experience/background preferred.

Responsibilities

• Enter and manage customer orders for key accounts and special programs.
• Maintain current product availability records and provide stock status/delivery estimates.
• Coordinate with the distribution center and Production to ensure priority orders and special shipping requests.
• Process customer logo orders and artwork and manage their workflow.
