Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, healthcare, or equivalent field required.
• 5-7+ years of experience in product management, product strategy, or related discipline.
• Experience managing market-facing, revenue-generating products or services.
• Experience in insurance, employee benefits, healthcare, dental, vision, ACA Marketplace, or regulated industries.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary product owner for assigned products and initiatives, especially the Individual & Family portfolio.
• Manage products through full lifecycle: development, launch, optimization, retirement.
• Develop and maintain a rolling 3-5 year product roadmap aligned with priorities and finances.
• Evaluate product performance and identify opportunities to improve growth and profitability.
• Define product requirements and priorities to support customer and business needs.
• Develop business cases, forecasts, and recommendations to support investments.
• Present strategies and performance updates to leadership and stakeholders.
