The Sales Operations Manager is an integral and high-profile member of the organization that leads the function which supports performance analytics and insights for the commercial organization. The role will be responsible for monthly business reviews, goal setting, sales and support scorecards, territory planning & administration, CRM systems, Tableau adoption, and ad hoc analytics supporting strategic decisions for the business.
The ideal candidate must be highly analytical, creative, and intellectually curious about data sets and business processes. The successful candidate will have the proven ability to make sense of complex and disparate data, be operationally savvy, have a passion for finding efficient solutions to improve commercial workflow, and be an effective people leader. Effective verbal and written communications that create confidence in the analyses and the proposed courses of action are essential.
