One of our partner companies is currently seeking a Sales Operations Manager in the United States.

This role provides an opportunity to lead and scale key sales operations functions within a dynamic and innovative go-to-market (GTM) environment. As a Sales Operations Manager, you will design and implement strategic operational processes, improve data-driven decision-making, and support revenue growth initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, a deep understanding of GTM metrics, and a collaborative approach to cross-functional alignment. You will work closely with sales, finance, and product teams to enhance business efficiency, support executive decision-making, and streamline internal processes.

Accountabilities:

  1. Lead the development and implementation of strategic sales operations processes across the GTM organization.
  2. Develop and maintain corporate QBRs and executive reporting templates to support leadership decision-making.
  3. Identify and execute scalable improvements to pipeline development, productivity tracking, and sales efficiency.
  4. Collaborate across departments to streamline operations and align with organizational goals.
  5. Drive annual planning processes and assist with budget forecasting in partnership with finance and sales teams.
  6. Communicate complex insights through executive-level presentations and performance reports.

Requirements:

  1. 6+ years of experience in sales or revenue operations, preferably within B2B SaaS environments.
  2. Strong knowledge of GTM metrics such as pipeline, productivity, and capacity planning.
  3. Proven success in managing cross-functional projects and implementing operational improvements.
  4. Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience crafting executive narratives.
  6. Experience with project management, process mapping, and collaboration with finance and product stakeholders.
  7. Prior experience in SaaS or CPaaS environments is highly desirable.
