Job summary

Kinsa in Chicago, IL is seeking a Sales Operations Manager to serve as the key link between sales, supply chain, and customer operations. This role focuses on building scalable processes to support growth and ensuring alignment between inventory and demand across national retailers.

The ideal candidate has 2–5 years in CPG supply chain or sales operations, strong Excel/data skills, and familiarity with ERP/EDI systems.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in supply chain, operations, or sales operations within CPG
• Strong Excel and data analysis skills with the ability to build reporting systems
• Experience with demand planning, inventory management, and customer fulfillment processes
• Familiarity with ERP and EDI systems; Cin7 and SPS Commerce is a plus

Responsibilities

• Lead demand planning and forecasting for finished goods production
• Partner with sales and operations teams to align inventory with customer demand
• Manage inventory allocation across distribution and 3PL partners to support service goals
• Serve as the primary customer operations contact for item setup, specifications, and order management
• Develop reporting and inventory visibility tools to support business decisions
• Oversee PO processing, invoicing workflows, and operational data accuracy
