What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Own GTM data integrity and enrichment, ensuring CRM data quality and consistency
- Partner with Sales Strategy and Revenue Leadership to design scalable segmentation and coverage strategies
- Manage territory assignments for optimal resource allocation and performance
- Build dashboards and reporting frameworks to monitor sales performance and pipeline health
- Champion change management initiatives to ensure alignment and minimal disruption across teams

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 7 years of experience leading cross-functional projects in global SaaS sales organizations
- Deep knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud and proficiency with sales engagement platforms
- Proven experience in data enrichment strategy and implementation
- Strong communication skills with a high emotional intelligence (EQ) to translate complex issues into actionable insights
- Track record of successfully implementing systems improvements and process optimization

- Experience with tools such as ZoomInfo, Ringlead, Clearbit, Outreach, Gong, and LeanData
