We’re partnering with a global leader in high-reliability electronic solutions that support critical missions across aerospace, defense, and space. With a legacy of excellence spanning over six decades, this organization is known for delivering cutting-edge products that meet the world’s toughest reliability and compliance standards.
They are currently seeking a Sales Operations Manager (SOM) to help elevate the performance and efficiency of their sales function. This role is strategic and tactical in streamlining processes, improving customer experience, and driving measurable revenue growth.
Own end-to-end sales operations and continuous improvement efforts
Plan, forecast, and track sales performance and key metrics
Ensure a strong, high-quality bookings pipeline that supports growth targets.
Define and monitor KPIs such as bookings, quote turnaround time, and sales activity.
Provide regular performance reporting to executive leadership and business unit teams.
Drive timely and accurate CRM and SIOP system updates
Optimize internal processes to enhance ease of doing business and customer satisfaction.
Partner with internal teams to gather and share competitive intelligence
Support pricing strategies that improve profitability
Identify workflow inefficiencies and lead process enhancements across the sales function.
Ensure adherence to internal business ethics, health, safety, and environmental standards.
Contribute to broader sales and operational excellence initiatives
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field
3–5 years of B2B technical sales experience (aerospace or highly regulated industries preferred)
Strong ownership mindset with a proven ability to lead independently
Metrics-driven, solutions-oriented, and customer-centric
Excellent multitasking, forecasting, and analytical skills
CRM and pipeline management expertise
Bookings and new business growth
Forecasting accuracy
Quote and purchase order turnaround time
Sales territory engagement
Customer satisfaction and feedback
Travel required: 15–25%
