Job summary

Hy-Tek Intralogistics is seeking a Sales Operations Leader in Columbus, OH to manage daily sales administration across new, used, rental, and storage/handling products. You will coordinate order processing, RFP responses, data collection, and reporting to support the sales teams.

The role requires a bachelor’s in business or related field, 5+ years in sales ops/analysis, and 1–3 years in management, with strong Microsoft Office skills and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, or a closely related field is required.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, sales operations, sales analysis, or a related field as an individual contributor.
• 1-3 years experience in management is preferred.
• 2+ years of experience working in the equipment distribution business.
• Well-developed verbal, written, and interpersonal skills with strong organizational, problem solving and time management skills.
• Ability to handle several tasks simultaneously and comfortably in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint).

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Working Conditions:

• Some local and domestic travel from time to time may be required.
• Occasional weekend and night required as project deems necessary.
• Working in office, warehouse, and a variety of customer facilities may be required.

• Possible exposure to noise levels exceeding recommended DBA levels.
