Enterprise Mobility is hiring immediately for a Management Training position located near Longwood, FL. You will begin learning the business from day one while rotating through a branch-based program that includes a 4-month rotation at Orlando International Airport (MCO).

You will receive training, mentoring, and a path to branch leadership with a strong focus on customer service, sales, and operations. Competitive benefits are included, with opportunities for advancement within the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 6 months cumulative experience in Sales & Customer Service or Leadership.
• Available to work an average of 46 hours per week.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Participate in our Management Training program to learn the business from day one.
• Serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners while developing operations know-how.
• Learn to run a branch, cultivate new business, and develop a team.
• Excel in customer service, sales and marketing, finance, and operations.
