Job summary

Enterprise Mobility is hiring for an immediate Management Training Program, based at a Winter Park area branch with a 4-month rotation at Orlando International Airport (MCO). You will begin day one as a trainee, learning sales, service, and operations while preparing to lead a future Enterprise branch.

The program emphasizes mentoring, hands-on customer interactions, and progression within a culture of internal promotions. A Bachelor’s degree and flexible 46-hour weeks are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelors Degree required.
• Must have 6 months cumulative experience or involvement in sales or customer service roles.
• Must be available to work an average of 46 hours per week.
• Must have a valid driver's license with no more than two moving violations in 3 years.
• No DWI/DUI or drug/alcohol related offense in past 5 years.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• As MT, you will learn the business from day one, based at a neighborhood branch.
• Serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners while handling operations.
• Join a structured program to eventually run your own branch and grow the team.
• Receive guidance, mentoring, and community engagement opportunities.
• You will learn customer service, sales, finance, and operations with a customer-first mindset.

Responsibilities

We are now hiring for immediate openings in our Management Training program. As a MT, you’ll start learning our business from day one while based out of one of our neighborhood branches. You will be entrusted to serve as both the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the behind-the-scenes operational expert. In our structured program, you will master the knowledge and skills you need to eventually run your own branch, cultivate new business and develop your team.
