Job summary

Enterprise Mobility is hiring immediately for its Management Training Program in Easley, SC. You’ll begin learning the business from day one at a neighborhood branch, serving as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners while gaining operational expertise.

The program progresses toward running your own branch, developing teams, and growing business. We’ll provide guidance and mentoring in a hands-on setting, with exposure to sales, customer service, finance, and operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree from accredited college or university required.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in sales, customer service, or leadership.
• Must have a valid driver's license with no more than two moving violations and/or at fault accidents in the past 3 years.
• Must not have any drug or alcohol related conviction on MVR in the past 5 years.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Learn the business from day one while based at a neighborhood branch.
• Serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and support operations.
• Master knowledge to eventually run a branch, cultivate new business and develop a team.
• Receive guidance, mentoring, and support in a hands-on learning environment.
• Build community relationships to grow your own business.
