Job summary

Vertilocity is seeking a detail-oriented Sales Support Manager to bridge sales, technical, finance, and client service teams. You will ensure opportunities move smoothly from initial engagement through contract execution and ongoing account management, across multiple systems.

The ideal candidate will be process-driven with proven experience in sales operations within an MSP/IT services context, strong communication, and a hands-on approach to licensing, procurement, and billing processes.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in sales operations or related admin role.
• Experience supporting MSP/IT services or tech company.
• Strong organizational skills and detail orientation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with CRM, Microsoft 365, vendor portals.
• Familiarity with licensing and procurement processes.

Responsibilities

• Generate professional proposals for Managed IT Services engagements, ensuring accuracy and alignment with client requirements.
• Manage the opportunity lifecycle from initial entry through proposal, approval, and conversion.
• Maintain accurate opportunity records, documentation, and reporting within CRM and internal systems.
• Coordinate with sales, technical, and leadership teams to ensure smooth transitions from sales opportunities into client onboarding.
• Serve as primary contact for licensing, hardware/software orders, and renewals; oversee billing accuracy.
