Jubilant HollisterStier Spokane is seeking a Manager, Sales Operations to lead the efficiency and scalability of our commercial sales organization. Reporting to Sales leadership, you will govern the Salesforce platform and drive data-driven decision making to support growth.

You will manage the CRM, oversee KPIs, and collaborate with marketing and finance on pricing, discounts, and market research. This full-time remote-friendly Spokane-based role combines leadership, strategy, and hands-on

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a business discipline or hard science required.
• Minimum 8 years of related direct experience required.
• Managerial experience required.
• Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint experience required.
• Must have demonstrated knowledge and understanding of key sales and product penetration concepts.

Responsibilities

• Executes sales plan to increase market share and sets sales goals to meet organization objectives.
• Develop, track, and report Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to Sales and business goals
• Oversee direction and improvements related to the CRM and data management software.
• Work closely with sales managers and sales representatives to increase productivity and efficiency.
• Manage sales ops team, providing ongoing training, coaching, and performance management.
• Oversees the Sales Incentive Compensation program, territory development and salesforce effectiveness reporting and strategies
• Collaborates with marketing and finance on product pricing and discounting strategy.
• Collaborates with marketing on market research and market analysis.
• Represents Jubilant HollisterStier professionally and in a manner that consistently sets an example for the sales organization.
