Jubilant HollisterStier in Spokane, WA is seeking a Sr. Specialist, Commercial Forecasting, Demand Planning & Revenue Operations to own demand forecasting for the Allergy Business Unit and support revenue planning and supply readiness.

You will lead the S&OP demand phase, develop account- and SKU-level forecasts, and work with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain and Manufacturing to align plans and drive business growth.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, supply chain, analytics, or related field.
5–7 years in forecast, planning, or revenue operations.
Experience with S&OP processes and multi-year forecasts.
Proficiency in Power BI, Salesforce, and ERP systems.
Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Own account-level and SKU-level demand forecasting.
Lead the demand phase of the S&OP process.
Develop long-range demand forecasts for annual and 5-year horizons.
Provide revenue forecasts and KPI dashboards.
Collaborate across Sales, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing.
Drive forecast accuracy and continuous improvement.
