Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience leading distribution/warehousing teams in a manufacturing setting.
• Ability to manage customer order fulfillment and shipping operations.
• Strong focus on accuracy, compliance, and on-time delivery.
• Familiarity with cGMP and regulatory standards is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily warehouse and distribution operations for internal manufacturing and external customers.
• Oversee picking, packing, shipping, and on-time delivery of orders.
• Manage receiving, warehousing, and inventory of materials and resale items.
• Drive inventory accuracy, regulatory compliance, and safety.
• Mentor staff and coordinate with CS, Sales, and transportation partners.
