Motion Industries seeks an Operations Manager to develop, manage, and deliver support services to our sales force. The role liaises between customers, sales staff, and distribution to ensure smooth operations and accurate pricing.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required with 5+ years related experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to generate reports.
• Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintains sales support activities at the branch.
• Trains sales staff on systems, databases, and processes.
• Handles customer support including orders, shortages, delivery dates, and price changes.
• Implements pricing per policies and manages collections.
• Oversees accounts payable activities and invoices.
• Produces reports on inquiries, trends, complaints, and service.
• Resolves order problems with customers and suppliers.
• Manages branch inventory and turns goals; may fill in for others.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
