Job summary

Casella Waste Systems, Inc. is seeking a Sales Operations Administrator to provide centralized support for the sales operations team. The role focuses on sales process management, CRM stewardship, and training development to unify processes across the organization.

The position can be hybrid with monthly travel to Rutland, VT, and requires legal work authorization in the United States. A strong CRM background, especially with MS Dynamics, and ability to lead cross-functional projects are

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent and ability to work in a collaborative environment.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong verbal and written communication, organizational and planning skills.
• Demonstrated ability to critically analyze and improve system workflows.
• 4+ years of CRM experience; MS Dynamics preferred with 2–4 years of project experience working with inter-departmental teams.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manages training and resources to ensure the sales team is up to date with sales process standards and new functionality.
• Maintain CRM data accuracy and deploy best practices; audit CRM and related tech solutions.
• Lead setup of CRM back-end data (teams, territory, pricing, contracts) with accurate data and scalable processes.
• Provide tactical support for the sales operations roadmap and change management processes.
• Foster cross-department collaboration and act as a liaison across sales, finance, IT, marketing, operations and customer service.
