Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a sales operations or sales administration role, preferably in healthcare or B2B services.
• Demonstrated CRM proficiency and ability to build reports and dashboards.
• Strong command of Microsoft Office 365, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Maintain CRM data integrity (Zoho) with accurate pipeline stages, activity logs, and opportunities.
• Generate and distribute weekly sales performance reports, pipeline analyses, and forecasting summaries.
• Coordinate proposals, RFP responses, and client presentations in line with AMS branding.
