Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in administrative support, inventory coordination, sales operations, or retail marketing.
• Proficiency with ERP/business management systems and Microsoft Office; photo management tools a plus.
• Familiarity with equipment industry terminology and inventory processes.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for internal teams and external vendors.

Responsibilities

• Accurately enter and update equipment records, pricing, and tags in the business management system.
• Monitor inventory levels across store locations and coordinate inter-store equipment transfers.
• Take photos of incoming and used equipment for online listings.
• Generate and analyze inventory reports to identify opportunities.
• Maintain inventory of branded merchandise and showroom materials.
• Coordinate updates and orders for marketing collateral.
• Assist with creating social media spotlights and contact lists for campaigns.
• Support pre-event logistics and the master events calendar.
