Job summary

Benco Dental in Flower Mound, TX is seeking a Sales Operations Intern for the Spring 2027 semester to support regional sales activities and data reporting. The role offers hands-on exposure to Sunshine Act reporting, CRM tools, PowerPoint, QlikSense, and cross-functional collaboration, with mentorship and pathways to potential full-time opportunities.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
• Time management and the ability to multi-task and prioritize.
• Excellent organization, attention to detail, and problem solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Work with regional sales assistants to create Sunshine Act reporting for eligible expenses.
• Distribute sales performance and goal tracking using QlikSense and CRM.
• Attend team meetings and proactively work with the team to problem solve.
• Assist with the creation of content for sales operations meetings and regional sales meeting using PowerPoint and Microsoft Teams.
• Assist with the onboarding of new hires by ordering business cards, sending new-hire literature and coordinating a relationship with success partners.
• Organize and distribute quarterly scorecards to members of sales leadership.
• Cover the front desk, as needed, and greet customers/vendors/associates professionally.
