Job summary

Benco Dental is seeking a Business and Inside Sales Intern for the Spring 2027 semester in Pittston, PA. The intern will support the Software & IT team across sales, marketing, project management, and daily operations, gaining exposure to the full lifecycle of software and IT initiatives from lead generation to follow-up.

Ideal candidates are organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must be currently enrolled in a Business or Marketing undergraduate or graduate program
• Ability to commit to 15 hours per week
• Must be local to Pittston, PA area to work onsite

Responsibilities

• Support sales pipeline management through CRM and Software inbox with accurate documentation
• Research software and IT products, industry trends, competitors, and customer needs
• Assist with sales and marketing initiatives including communications, proposals, and campaigns
• Track and report key sales/activity metrics to identify trends and bottlenecks
• Provide general administrative support to the Software & IT team and assist with special projects

Benco Dental is searching for a Business and Inside Sale Intern for the Spring 2027 semester.

The Business and Inside Sales Intern will support the Software & IT team across sales, marketing, project management, and day-to-day business operations. This role provides hands-on experience managing lead activity, coordinating projects, supporting marketing initiatives, tracking performance, and helping connect dental practices with technology solutions that meet their needs.

The ideal candidate is organized, curious, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. This is a hands-on role with opportunities to work alongside the Product Manager, Coordinator, Software Sales Consultants and other team members while gaining exposure to the full lifecycle of software and IT initiatives, from lead generation and customer outreach to project coordination, marketing, reporting, and follow-up.

• Research software and IT products, industry trends, competitors, and customer needs to support sales, marketing, and project initiatives.
