Job summary

Benco Dental is seeking a Marketing Marketplace Intern for the Spring 2027 semester to assist in Driving Dentistry Forward. This position offers a paid internship with mentorship and opportunities for valuable work experience.

The ideal candidate should be enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program majoring in Business, Marketing, Communication or a related field. Responsibilities include managing promotional strategies and collaborating with partners.

The Marketing Marketplace Intern will perform a combination of administrative and project-based functions. This position will gain valuable experience positioning vendor partners to maximize customer understanding and influence sales. Key responsibilities include:

• Review and understand current partner / product offerings
• Collaborate with partners (external and internal)
• Identify target markets
• Assist in developing promotional strategies, including social media and search
• Develop tools for sales understanding and utilization
• Reporting and analysis on results
• Administrative support of projects
• Complies with all policies and standards to support the efficient operations of the department and company
• Effectively communicates (reads, writes, and speaks) English
• Performs other duties as assigned

Do YOU Meet These Requirements?

• Must be currently enrolled at time of internship in an undergraduate or graduate program majoring in Business, Marketing, Communication or a related field.
• Ability to work up to 15 hours per week
• Ability to work onsite as needed in Pittston, PA
