Responsibilities

• Support sales reporting and analysis by organizing pipeline information and tracking producer activity.
• Help prepare sales meetings by developing agendas, updating materials, and tracking follow-ups.
• Assist with the Associate Producer program including tracking and training initiatives.
• Conduct prospect, industry, and market research to support business development.
• Maintain CRM data accuracy and identify opportunities to improve reporting.
