You should be pursuing a degree in business-related fields and have familiarity with Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook. The role blends in-office and work-from-home days and targets Spring 2026–Spring 2027 graduates.

Qualifications

• Pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, Risk Management and Insurance, or a related field.
• Interest in insurance, client strategy, or sales and business development.
• Working knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Analyze data and maintain Excel tools supporting client and sales initiatives.
• Create client and prospect presentations, summaries, proposals, and meeting materials.
• Assist with prospect research, lead generation, and new business activities.
• Participate in client, prospect, carrier, and internal strategy meetings.
• Maintain prospect and activity information in Salesforce.
• Gain exposure to claims, risk control, carrier relationships, and insurance market dynamics.
• Collaborate across teams while demonstrating initiative, critical thinking, and professionalise.
