IMA Financial Group, Inc. is seeking a Sales Management Intern for Summer 2027 in New York City. You will support sales operations, track producer activity, and turn information into actionable insights while working four days in the office and one day remotely each week.

You will gain exposure to reporting, meetings, and market research, collaborating with senior leaders and peers across departments to learn how IMA serves clients and grows its business.

Qualifications

• Pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree in a business-related field.
• Interest in sales operations, business development, analytics, or insurance.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Familiarity with Excel and PowerPoint; data-driven insights.
• Preferred prior internship or project experience.

Responsabilités

• Support sales reporting and analysis by organizing pipeline information, tracking producer activity, and summarizing progress toward goals.
• Prepare sales meetings with agendas, updated materials, and follow-up items.
• Assist with the Associate Producer program, including tracking and training initiatives.
• Conduct prospect, industry, and market research to support business development.
• Maintain CRM data quality and reporting.
• Contribute to sales operations projects to improve workflows.
• Shadow and network with producers and leaders to learn IMA's client services.
