NexTech Solutions LLC is seeking a Sales Fulfillment & Operations Analyst I to streamline the full order processing lifecycle from lead to delivery in a fast-changing environment. You will partner with sales to drive revenue, support expansions and renewals, and manage government contracting processes with accuracy and professionalism.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating across multiple business functions to optimize sales processes.
• Ability to analyze data and convert insights into actionable decisions.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage full order processing lifecycle from lead through delivery.
• Partner with the sales team to drive revenue through new business, expansions, and renewals.
• Oversee government contract management and reporting (SEWP, GSA OASIS+, CHESS, DLA-TLS experience desirable).
• Serve as primary contact for customer inquiries and issue resolution.
• Maintain CRM data integrity and support forecasting and quoting.
• Post-award operations: coordinate delivery scheduling and invoicing with cross-functional teams.
• Define and implement standard procedures to improve customer delivery and drive CPI.
• Leverage AI/automation to enhance business processes and data collection.
