Job summary

NexPoint is seeking a Sales Operations Analyst to support its National Accounts team in Dallas. The role emphasizes driving sales effectiveness, operational efficiency, and data-driven decision-making across Broker-Dealers, RIAs, and Family Offices.

The analyst partners with leadership, sales, marketing, and compliance to support strategy, due diligence, CRM reporting, and process improvements. Candidates should have 1–5 years in related roles and a strong analytics mindset.

Qualifications

• 1–5 years of experience in sales operations, business analytics, sales support, or a related role.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, analytics, or marketing.
• Experience in financial services, investments, insurance, or asset management preferred.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; strong PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook skills.
• Salesforce experience required; ability to build reports and analyze data.

Responsibilities

• Track, analyze, and report on sales activity, pipeline performance, and opportunity trends using Salesforce and internal reporting tools.
• Serve as the primary Salesforce resource for the National Accounts team, including reporting, dashboards, data integrity, and process improvements.
• Maintain and analyze CRM data to support strategic planning, forecasting, and leadership reporting.
• Identify trends, gaps, and opportunities to improve sales effectiveness and coverage.
• Support day-to-day National Accounts operations and strategic initiatives.
