Coca-Cola Bottling Co. Consolidated is seeking a General Manager Sales Operations in La Vergne, TN. You will lead a multifunctional team to drive topline revenue and gross profit while overseeing labor and expenses, building bench strength for the sales and distribution organization.

As Sr. Director of Retail Sales, you will partner with senior leaders to deliver results, influence cross-functional partners, and motivate teams to achieve ambitious targets with a servant-leadership approach.

Formación

• 5-7 years of experience leading a sales organization or DSD delivery team.
• College degree preferred, not mandatory.
• Strong business acumen including revenue and gross profit management.
• Excellent communication and collaboration across functions.
