Job summary

Wellmark Blue Cross and Blue Shield is seeking a Business Support Analyst to bridge business needs with technology across the Sales Operations and Enablement team in Des Moines, IA. Responsibilities

• Support one or more applications/systems of low to moderate complexity for the sales team.
• Define, validate, and document business requirements for system changes.
• Analyze and troubleshoot low-to-moderate complexity system issues and assess impact.
• Coordinate testing with technology, design test plans, and track outcomes.
• Communicate issue resolutions and timelines between Tech and Sales teams.
• Participate in scrum events and maintain desk-level procedures.
• Ensure regulatory and system upgrade adherence and documentation.
• Monitor production support metrics to identify improvements.
• Other duties as assigned.
