Job summary

Keurig Dr Pepper in Waco, TX seeks a Warehouse Supervisor to lead a small to mid-sized warehouse team, overseeing picking, receiving, storing and shipping activities. You will ensure accuracy and efficiency while enforcing safety standards and training staff.

The role requires 3 years of leadership in warehouse operations, 2 years of Excel experience, and data-driven process improvement skills. Typical schedule is Monday–Friday with some weekend responsibility.

Qualifications

• The candidate has 3 years of demonstrated leadership experience in warehouse/distribution center operations.
• 2 years of experience with Microsoft Excel.
• 2 years analyzing data associated with processes, identifying opportunities, and providing recommendations for improvement.

Responsibilities

• Direct and evaluate warehouse operations and staff performance.
• Ensure proper execution of picking, packing, shipping, receiving and inventory management procedures.
• Train staff in inventory techniques and daily tasks.
• Maintain appropriate inventory levels and control product loss.
• Conduct physical counts of inventory and reconcile floor counts and shipments.
• Schedule and manage warehouse team within labor and budget constraints.
• Ensure compliance with safety codes and OSHA/FDA standards.
• Maintain and inspect equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks.
