Keurig Dr Pepper is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor in Houston, TX to lead and coordinate warehouse activities including picking, receiving, storing, inventory, and shipping. The role requires ensuring policy compliance, staff training, and safety adherence in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3 years of demonstrated leadership experience in warehouse/distribution center operations.
• 2 years of experience with Microsoft Excel.
• 2 years analyzing data associated with processes, identifying opportunities, and providing recommendations for improvement.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall direction, coordination and evaluation of the warehouse team.
• Ensure accurate execution of picking, packing, shipping, receiving and inventory management policies.
• Train and evaluate warehouse staff on inventory techniques and daily tasks.
• Maintain appropriate inventory levels and control product loss.
• Conduct physical inventory counts and reconcile floor counts and shipments.
• Schedule and manage warehouse staff within labor and budget limits while meeting facility demands.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and FDA safety policies and procedures.
• Oversee equipment maintenance and inspection (forklifts, pallet jacks, fleet trucks).
