Job summary

PJ Morgan Real Estate in Omaha is seeking a Sales Operations Director to oversee the sales function and optimize processes for better performance. This full-time on-site role supports a Monday–Friday schedule with on-call support for meetings.

You will lead residential and commercial sales operations, manage onboarding and training, and ensure accurate sales documentation and tools. A broker license and strong leadership are essential to succeed.

Qualifications

• Active real estate broker license in all states of operation.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team, including performance reviews and training.
• Oversee Residential Mentor program and onboarding for agents.
• Maintain and update all sales documentation, guides, and operational resources.
• Evaluate and manage sales software tools, training and support.
• Track monthly sales activity and report metrics to Sales Leadership.
• Partner with Marketing to ensure sales initiatives are executed and tracked.
• Lead You-niversity trainings and monthly sales meetings.
• Represent the company in the real estate industry and stay informed on market changes.
• Participate in company events and culture initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and hold direct reports accountable, including task accountability, training and cross-training, time-off approvals, performance reviews, and process implementation.
• Oversee the Residential Mentor program and support onboarding and training for new residential and commercial agents.
• Maintain and update all sales documentation, guides, and operational resources.
• Evaluate, implement, and manage sales-specific software tools, including setup, training, and ongoing support.
• Track and report monthly sales activity and performance metrics to Sales Leadership.
• Partner with the Marketing team to ensure sales marketing initiatives are executed, tracked, and followed consistently.
• Lead You-niversity trainings and monthly sales meetings.
• Represent the company within the real estate industry and stay informed on market and regulatory changes.
• Actively participate in company events and culture initiatives.
