Job summary

Stotz Equipment, a John Deere dealership, seeks a Sales Administration Assistant to support pricing, inventory control, and data accuracy across systems. You will work closely with sales managers and major accounts, helping streamline processes and improve efficiency while maintaining high customer service standards.

The role emphasizes detail orientation, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Must have high integrity and a team-oriented mindset.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with attention to detail.
• Self-directed, motivated, and able to work under minimal supervision.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with multiple priorities.
• Experience with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook; CRM/DM software a plus.
• Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and present findings clearly.

• Coordinate and track inventory across systems to stay current.
• Audit and correct database entries to improve reporting accuracy.
• Support key customer accounts and assist sales team.

• Assist sales management with various projects and tasks.
