Overview

Stotz Equipment is looking for a customer-focused person to work on our parts counter. The candidate will assist customers over the phone and face-to-face ordering and researching parts for John Deere and other equipment sold in the territory. What You'll Do

• Selling, stocking, receiving, and delivery of parts and accessories
• In-store customer service
• Overall organizational promotions
• Working with all vendors and alternate resources
• Being a team player and working with internal and external customers
• Pick-up and delivery of equipment
• Cleaning tractors and organizing equipment layout

Assists with

• Monitoring shortages and expediting processes
• Merchandising displays in the showroom
• Keeping parts department and warehouse clean and orderly
• Must help achieve an outstanding audit score with accurate processes

Qualifications

• Current driver\'s license
• Have and maintain a clean driving record (no driving infractions within the last 3 years)
