Qualifications

• Associates degree or 5+ years related sales administration experience.
• 2+ years in sales administration or related support roles.
• Experience with CRM and ERP systems; strong MS Office, especially Excel.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills with high data accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain customer accounts in CRM and ERP systems.
• Route inbound leads to sales reps and track follow-ups.
• Coordinate onboarding, documentation, and certification for manufacturer reps.
• Support contract administration, including terms & conditions review.
• Maintain contracts, renewals, and commercial documentation.
• Generate sales reports, dashboards, and other metrics.
• Assist with quotes, customer communications, and sales documentation.
• Coordinate sales meetings, trade shows, and admin activities.
• Manage order entry and customer PO portal access.
