Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Receive, review, and process customer purchase orders.
• Enter and manage orders in Oracle NetSuite ERP.
• Review pricing, delivery info, and documentation for accuracy.
• Coordinate with Sales, Production, Warehouse, Logistics, Accounting, and Operations.
• Track orders from PO receipt to delivery.
• Maintain records, trackers, and internal documentation.
• Identify missing or conflicting information and resolve issues.
• Communicate order status and required actions clearly to internal teams.
• Assist Sales with operational and administrative support as needed.

About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Sales Operations Coordinator to support our sales organization and help manage customer orders from order placement through production, warehouse, logistics, and final delivery. This is not a sales or customer acquisition role. This is an operations-focused position where the priority is execution, accuracy, communication, and keeping orders moving smoothly and on schedule. We are willing to train the right person, and solar experience is not required. We are looking for someone who takes initiative, works well with a team, communicates clearly, stays organized, learns quickly, and has strong attention to detail.

Experience & Education

Experience is preferred but not required. We care more about aptitude, accuracy, communication skills, initiative, and work ethic than a specific degree or number of years of experience. A bachelor’s degree is a plus, but relevant work experience, transferable skills, and demonstrated ability may be considered in lieu of a degree. We are willing to train the right candidate who is eager to learn and grow in the role.

Qualifications:

• Experience in manufacturing, warehouse, logistics, order management, or a similar environment is preferred.
• Experience with Oracle NetSuite ERP or another ERP system is a strong plus.
• Spanish or Mandarin Chinese language skills are a significant plus.
• Highly accurate and detail-oriented, with a strong focus on quality and consistency.
• Strong reading comprehension and ability to understand and interpret written information.
• Able to work independently while also collaborating effectively with a team.
• Curious, adaptable, and eager to learn new processes and systems.
• Clear and articulate written and verbal communicator.
• Strong organizational, time-management, and follow-through skills.
• Comfortable working with numbers, pricing, quantities, dates, and customer information.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities:

• Receive, review, and process customer purchase orders.
• Accurately enter and manage orders in Oracle NetSuite ERP.
• Review purchase orders, pricing, delivery information, and customer documentation for accuracy.
• Contact customer for arrangements if needed.
• Coordinate with Sales, Production, Warehouse, Logistics, Accounting, and Operations.
• Track orders from PO receipt through production, shipment, and delivery.
• Maintain accurate records, order trackers, reports, and internal documentation.
• Identify missing or conflicting information and resolve issues before they create problems.
• Communicate clearly with internal teams regarding order status, changes, and required actions.
• Assist the Sales team with operational and administrative support as needed.
