• Monitor completion and accuracy of Resolution Services vendor.
• Manage Perspective Potential Link queue between systems.
• Research and validate broker-dealer changes.

Proven experience handling multiple duties

Demonstrated knowledge of Salesforce CRM

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office
