Job summary

Superior Rigging & Erecting Co. in Atlanta, GA is seeking a highly organized Sales Coordinator to support the combined sales organization serving Superior Rigging & Erecting and Heaton Erecting.

Based at our Atlanta headquarters, this onsite role connects sales, estimating, operations, project management, safety and customers to move opportunities from inquiry to billing. The ideal candidate will manage CRM data, coordinate proposals, track bid dates, and prepare qualification packages while

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• At least two years of experience in sales support, project coordination, customer service, construction administration, or related role.
• Strong organizational, prioritization, and follow-through skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Teams.
• Experience with CRM, estimating, proposal-management, or project-management systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support sales professionals serving Superior Rigging & Erecting and Heaton Erecting.
• Receive, route, and track incoming sales leads based on territory, capability, availability, and leadership direction.
• Maintain accurate customer, contact, opportunity, proposal, and sales activity information in the CRM.
• Track bid dates, customer commitments, follow-up activities, and opportunity status.
• Coordinate proposal schedules and assist teams with quotes, proposals, qualifications, and customer submissions.
• Prepare prequalification and project-compliance packages, including certificates of insurance and safety information.
