Job summary

SEG Solar in Houston seeks an experienced Distribution Sales Representative to grow north american distribution networks for solar modules. You will manage relationships with distributors, EPCs, and installers, driving revenue growth across DG, C&I, and residential markets.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in solar distribution sales, a track record of channel programs, and strong negotiation and forecasting skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of solar distribution sales experience.
• Proven success selling through distributors and installer networks.
• Experience with national and regional distribution partners.
• Understanding of DG, C&I, and residential solar markets.
• Experience negotiating supply agreements, rebates, and channel programs.
• Ability to forecast accurately and manage a sales pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute territory sales plans to hit revenue targets.
• Expand relationships with distribution partners and pursue new channels.
• Sell modules into residential, C&I, and DG markets.
• Conduct distributor trainings, product presentations, and engagements.
• Collaborate with marketing and operations to grow channels.
• Maintain accurate forecasts and pipeline reporting.
• Coordinate pricing, contract negotiations, and promotions.
• Represent SEG Solar at industry events and conferences.
• Monitor market trends and competitive activity.
• Support collections and account management as needed.
