Responsibilities

• Provide operational support to the sales teams, assisting with processing tasks
• Perform data entry tasks accurately and reliably
• Assist with disclosure generation for commercial and residential sales segments
• Execute high-priority projects with tight deadlines
• Support sales representatives by answering questions
• Review utility bills to identify past-due balances and usage details
• Assist with zone verification across sales markets

Requirements

• Strong English written and verbal communication skills
• Experience in data entry

• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word
