What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage personnel activities including hiring, training, and performance evaluations
- Collaborate with sales leaders to enhance sales force productivity and operational cadence
- Develop and standardize business reporting for strategic analysis and internal reviews
- Support pipeline and opportunity inspection alongside sales leaders

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field with 6+ years of relevant experience, or 10+ years of experience supporting sales teams
- Strong leadership capabilities with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to present to executives
- Proven problem-solving abilities and crafting efficient processes
- Fluent in English and in the local language of the territory
