About the Opportunity

Are you a tax or statutory accounting professional looking to move beyond the back office and into a strategic, client-facing role?

This is a unique opportunity to leverage your technical expertise in corporate income tax, indirect tax (VAT/GST), and statutory accounting within a dynamic pre-sales environment. You’ll join a global professional services firm as the subject matter expert embedded in the Enterprise Sales team—working directly with prospective clients to shape complex international compliance solutions.

This isn’t a traditional sales role. You’ll be the one connecting the dots internally—liaising with tax, legal, pricing, and delivery teams to design the right solution for each client. You’ll ask the right questions, bring a deep understanding of the tax and accounting lifecycle, and play a central role in helping multinationals solve cross-border compliance challenges.

What You’ll Do

  • Serve as the technical expert for global Tax & Statutory Accounting (TSAS) solutions during the sales process
  • Collaborate closely with Business Developers and Enterprise Account Managers to assess client needs and tailor solutions accordingly
  • Lead the internal orchestration of stakeholders (tax, finance, legal, delivery) to build complete, scalable, and compliant solutions
  • Use your knowledge of the tax and statutory lifecycle to guide clients through what happens when, and why—ensuring clarity and confidence in your solution design
  • Translate complex regulatory requirements into clear business value propositions
  • Participate in high-impact commercial meetings with multinational clients
  • Monitor the competitive landscape and position solutions strategically
  • Partner with Pricing and Solutions teams to validate scoping and ensure commercial alignment
  • Contribute to the evolution of the global pre-sales playbook and support best practice sharing across teams

What We’re Looking For

  • 7+ years of experience in tax, statutory accounting, or global compliance (Big 4, corporate services, SaaS, or in-house multinational)
  • Strong understanding of Corporate Income Tax, Indirect Tax (VAT/GST) and Statutory Accounting requirements across multiple jurisdictions
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally and collaborate with sales, pricing, and delivery stakeholders
  • Naturally curious, commercially minded, and eager to ask great questions to uncover real client needs
  • Clear communicator with strong presentation skills and the confidence to engage senior stakeholders
  • Highly organized with an ability to manage complexity and deadlines in a dynamic environment
  • Experience in a pre-sales or client-facing advisory capacity is a plus, but not essential—this role is ideal for someone ready to step out of technical delivery and into commercial impact
  • Bachelor’s degree required; tax, legal, or accounting qualifications are a strong advantage
