About The Role

The Sales Operations Associate plays a crucial role in enhancing the effectiveness and efficiency of our sales organization. This strategic position collaborates with cross-functional teams to develop sales strategies, optimize processes, and provide insights to drive sales performance and growth. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in sales strategy, data analysis, reseller models, and proven leadership in sales operations. Candidates in or near the Greater Seattle Area are preferred, but remote candidates within the United States will also be considered.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support sales strategy development by analyzing data and preparing materials for leadership discussions, tracking key initiatives.
  • Assist in implementing and documenting sales processes, identifying inefficiencies, and suggesting improvements.
  • Maintain and update sales reports and dashboards, monitor KPIs, and surface insights for data-driven decisions.
  • Support sales forecasting and pipeline management by collecting, validating, and monitoring data and highlighting variances.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Finance, and Customer Success teams to align efforts and share relevant information.
  • Work closely with the Sales Ops team, participate in meetings, share knowledge, and seek growth opportunities.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales Operations, preferably in technology or data storage industries.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related fields; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred), BI tools, and data analysis.
  • Proven leadership in managing high-performing teams and fostering collaboration.
  • Strategic thinking to translate business goals into actionable sales initiatives.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with experience presenting to executives.
Benefits
