Job summary

NoTraffic is seeking a Sales Operations Specialist to support the growing sales team, managing data in HubSpot, NetSuite, and Excel while ensuring accuracy of records, orders, and invoices.

You will collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations to streamline processes, implement improvements, and generate regular reports. Training on CRM usage and sales tools will be provided.

Qualifications

• Experience creating, implementing, and maintaining sales processes, including pipeline management, forecasting, and sales metrics.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical skills to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate data accurately.
• Experience migrating data and processes to Salesforce from another CRM system.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on data accuracy and integrity.
• Proactive problem-solving and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Use HubSpot and NetSuite to manage and maintain sales data, including customer records, sales orders, invoices, and other relevant information, ensuring data integrity.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations to identify process improvements within the sales cycle and implement changes to drive efficiency.
• Interact with Distributors and Strategic Partners to synchronize pipeline data and coordinate sales efforts.
• Generate regular reports and analyze key sales metrics such as revenue, conversion rates, win/loss analysis, and customer trends; present findings to leadership.
• Conduct training sessions and provide ongoing support to sales team members on CRM usage and data entry.
• Help develop and maintain sales collateral, playbooks, and training materials; assist in implementing sales tools.
